Piston Operation: Inside the cylinder, a piston moves up and down. During the downward stroke, air is drawn into the cylinder through an inlet valve. During the upward stroke, the piston compresses the air, forcing it into the storage tank through an outlet valve.
Crankshaft and Motor: A motor powers the crankshaft, which in turn drives the piston’s motion. The crankshaft converts the rotational motion into the reciprocating motion of the piston.
Cylinder: Houses the piston and is the chamber where air compression takes place.
Piston: The moving part that compresses the air by traveling back and forth inside the cylinder.
Crankshaft: Translates the rotational movement of the motor into the linear motion of the piston.
Valves: Includes inlet and outlet valves that control the airflow in and out of the cylinder.
Air Tank: Stores the compressed air until it is needed.
Single-Stage Compressors: Compress air in one stroke to a pressure level (typically around 120 PSI). Suitable for small applications like inflating tires or powering small tools.
Two-Stage Compressors: Compress air in two stages, which results in higher pressure levels (up to 175 PSI or more). Used for industrial applications like large-scale manufacturing or heavy-duty tools.
High Pressure Output: Capable of delivering high-pressure air, making them suitable for heavy-duty industrial tools.
Simple Design: Easy to maintain and repair.
Durability: Built for long-lasting service with robust construction.
